Download Infinity Responder

This is the first release of the software. Many more to come. Compared to the original Infinite Responder it has the advantages of a working cron script - the old one didn't set the site URL properly, a tidier user interface and an include script that can be used to signup subscribers through a script of your own, such as a formmailer. It is functional but needs more work to become the improved software that we are aiming for.
